The Gnocchi Class + Dinner & Wine Tasting
Hailing from Rome, Italy, chef and owner of Onda Pasta Andrea Onnetti will teach us how to make fresh potato gnocchi from scratch in this interactive hands-on class. Each person will make their own gnocchi at individual stations. In addition, we will learn some of Chef Andrea’s favorite dishes such as gnocchi con pomodoro e' mozzarella and gnocchi ala Romana con ragu di carne.
Take part in a hands-on fresh gnocchi-making and shaping activity, learn about the different regional variations of gnocchi, and observe Chef Andrea demonstrating how to make several variations of gnocchi.
