What sparked the idea for your business?
We wanted to take the indoor fine dining experience to the outdoors!

What are you most proud of about your business?
Seeing the smiles from our clients when we see them on their wedding day. Knowing that we play a huge role in one of the biggest aspects at weddings and events, when we see the joy in our clients and their guests it’s the ultimate accomplishment.

What do you love most about being a food entrepreneur?
Meeting with our clients to understand their vision and creating a menu that really speaks to them. It takes the monotony out of your typical restaurant with the same menu items and preparations day in and day out. The creative freedom fuels our passion to always evolve.

What makes your business unique/special?
We believe it’s the connection we have to our clients. When couples come in for tastings we sit with them and have a talk story session that always has laughs and relatable conversations.

What’s your best seller at the moment?
Truffle-soy ahi poke cones with wasabi butter rice in lumpia cones!
