The Stollen Class + Dinner and Wine Tasting
Join us on a holiday journey through Germany with Sandra’s Bavarian Delights. Sandra will teach our class how to bake an authentic Stollen - a German Christmas bread. Each person will make their own Stollen, from scratch, at individual stations. You will also enjoy some of Sandra’s favorite recipes for the dinner portion of this class.
Take part in a hands-on preparation of your Stollen, from scratch. Learn about the rich history of the German Stollen dating all the way back to the 14th century as well as each ingredient and their importance in the recipe.
The class will include a dinner of pork goulash on egg noodles with your Stollen as dessert.
