The Pretzel Class + Lunch and Beer Tasting

Join us on a culinary journey through Germany with Sandra’s Bavarian Delights. Sandra will teach our class her family’s centuries old recipe for the Pretzel - a special delight loved by all. Each person will make their own pretzels, from scratch, at individual stations. You will also enjoy some of Sandra’s favorite recipes.

Take part in a hands-on preparation of your pretzel, from dough making to a variety of folding patterns. Learn about the rich history of the pretzel dating all the way back to the 11th century as well as each ingredient and their importance in the recipe.

The class will include a dinner including the pretzels you make in class, authentic German pork goulash, pretzel dumplings, and German cheesecake with strawberries for dessert.
