From winning first place on Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race alongside his brother Lanai, to becoming a national ambassador of Aloha cuisine, Chef Adam brings his passion and expertise to this special class.

Now, based in Honolulu, Chef Adam brings his deep connection to Hawaiian traditions and flavors to Hana Kitchens, where he’ll guide you through the art of crafting the iconic Lau Lau—a time-honored dish wrapped in ti leaves and steamed to perfection.

Learn the art of crafting the iconic Lau Lau. Each person will make their own Lau Lau at individual stations.

The class will include a dinner with the Lau Lau you prepared in class, fresh poi, Lomi opae and ogo, steamed Uala n coconut, hook n line poke’, and chili pepper water.
