Hailing from Japan, Chef Yuji has come to Oahu with a goal to explore and educate about Hawaiian local fish through Japanese cuisine. Here, he will unravel the concept of ichiju sansai (one soup, three dishes), taking us step by step through the preparation of each dish: himono, a dry-aged roasted fish, miso soup, and more - all with his signature expertise.
